Abstract
The effects of Equex STM paste (Equex) and oxytocin (OT) on the in vitro quality of frozen thawed Asian elephant sperm were investigated in the study. The viability of frozen-thawed sperm was significantly higher in the Equex-treated (1 and 2%) groups than in the control group. There were no differences in the examined sperm parameters among the control and OT-treated (0.05–5 IU) groups.
